Im trying

My moms right. I need to quit worrying so much about the future..and focus on now! I think I was getting too wrapped up like my father trying to figure out what was happening down the road instead of focusing on the now. I feel a lot better after talking to Emily about ..well, a lot. We are happy now and thats what matters, not what could be happening after i graduate and whatnot. Im still not sure what to do about the music. Im talking to an acoustic singer..and were going to be trying to do more mellow stuff, we narrowed it down to i wanna do something like ludo, clash, older punkish, even..gah i cant believe im going to say this..newer say anything, and he wants like john mayer, jack johnson, and like 4 other ppl i had never heard of. So were gonna meet in the middle of that, like the stuff i was writing sounded I guess. Matts gonna transition over to this project and is already writing some stuff. I was imressed. He hates that type of music, but swore when the time came to work on my project stuff, he would contribute just as much as i did to his project..and hes held through. So im interested to see where that goes. Also emailed a rock band looking for a 2nd guitarist, already formed with a huge following, more mainstream rock unlike matts stuff. So now Ill wait and see what unfolds. for this weekend I gotta get some homework done..ugh.
